OUR STORY

With years of experience between them in the building, decorating and garden maintenance industries, Keith and Chris of KC Property Maintenance cover most jobs in your home or garden. 

 

After working independently within these industries in various roles, long-term friends Keith and Chris decided to join forces and thus saw the creation of KC Property Maintenance in 2022.  They met through their love of playing the trumpet and cornet, still playing regularly in local brass and wind bands and remains a passion of theirs outside of work.  You may see them at a bandstand near you!

From a young age, Keith and Chris have both been passionate about handcrafting wooden items from scratch, and as their skills improved as did their creations.  So, they decided to make this a part of their business too, primarily using recycled or reclaimed wood which is readily available.

 

Keith and Chris are looking forward to their new working partnership and look forward to building relationships with their clients over the coming years.
